SMS Matrix also make personalized messaging easier to use, more effective and attractive than before.
North American mobile messaging continues to grow despite the current downturn in the economy.
Minek Systems, specializing in mobile marketing web based services, has witnessed continued growth in mobile marketing spending since the launch of its MS gateway platform - SMS Matrix.
Usage of SMS Matrix - web based messaging platform, has been on the rise and interest continues to be strong.
"If the message is properly targeted, it can generate very profitable results for only a few cents per message" says Janet Rokosz, marketing director for Minek Systems.

Voice and Text to Speech message delivery remains SMS Matrix strongest offering.
Being generally more reliable than SMS delivery, and almost as fast, it is best suited for emergency alerts and notifications.
Text to Speech (TTS) option included in every monthly plan, helps to convert text message to high quality voice, and deliver it to land line or cell phones.
This option is very useful for all kinds of alerts, when user wants to push out messages quickly and without thinking what kind of receiver(s) (sms capable cell phone or voice-only capable phone) are being dealt with. The whole process is totally transparent to the user.
TTS feature is available via web based GUI, and also when sending messages via Matrix SMS Gateway.
TTS option will soon allow users to define custom actions for recipient's responses (e.g. press '1' to confirm, press '2' to cancel, or press '3' to talk to customer support).
This functionality is set to launch in March 2010.
SMS Matrix supports virtually all wireless carriers in Canada and US.
