The free document not only covers the best things to look for but also some of the more common pitfalls and covers issues such as, fixed line rental, analogue/digital, call pricing, SIP trunks, VOIP options and Local Loop Unbundling.
How to proceed through the minefield of product choice and service options and how to identify the best kinds of contracts terms and rates are included, however the guide also points to a number of supplier practices which can leave SMEs at a disadvantage.
