Independent research company VendorRate shows BICG ranks as number one consulting organization in effectiveness, recommendability, integrity, usability, customer service, and expertise.

The report, which is based on customer satisfaction ratings dating back to March 2008, states that BI Consulting Group is rated the number one consulting company in customer satisfaction by IT professionals at enterprise companies.

In addition to BI Consulting Group, Nityo Infotech was also listed as a top consulting organization for overall customer satisfaction. IBM Global Services and Oracle Consulting were listed as the lowest rated consulting organizations in the Q2 2009 VendorRate report.
