The Super Max(tm) 12800 family supports a new architecture that will not lose cleaning power – even when used with hoses 300 feet in length.
Woburn, MA, USA, March 3, 2010 (PRESSbooth.ORG) -- Daimer® Industries, a worldwide vendor of industrial-grade hot pressure washers, announced a new Long Hose Technology (LHT) for the five units in its Super Max™ 12800 line of fuel-heated power washers.
LHT architecture produces consistent pressure from beginning to end of hoses as long as 300 feet. Cleaning professionals can position the base unit of fuel, propane, or even gas-heated pressure washers in a fume-friendly location and clean indoors with a pressure nozzle 300 feet away. Fume-friendly locations include parking garages, outdoor spaces and ventilated indoor spaces, such as boiler rooms or shop floors.
“Long Hose Technology allows cleaning professionals to use their pressure washers almost anywhere they want,” noted Daimer.com spokesperson Matthew Baratta. “Fumes and exhaust can be a concern in environments such as office buildings, nursing homes and restaurants.”
Long Hoses, Better Pressure Washing
Long Hose Technology maintains nearly constant pressure from beginning to end of a long hose. Power washing machines without this technology tend to lose nozzle pressure over a short distance.
The 12800 line of power washers includes the 1000 psi 12800, the 1500 psi 12820, the 2000 psi 12840, the 3000 psi 12860, and 3000 psi 12880. The machines can be configured to heat with diesel, heating oil or other fuels. All the pressure washing machines in this line are powered by electricity except for the gas-powered 12880.
Multi-gun support is available for all the units at extra cost. The 12860 and 12880 can be purchased with dual- or multi-pressure selection.
The systems include pressurized 50-foot hoses, but 25-foot, 50-foot and longer segments are available either as a single length or daisy-chained with quick disconnects for use with applications not requiring a long hose.
More Technology for Long Hose Users
The electric-powered pressure washers are also available in Automatic Shutoff Technology™ (AST®) versions that go into hibernation after half a minute of inactivity. Hibernation allows users with extended hoses to go on break without having to return to the base unit to shut it off.
