Daimer(r) introduces a system based on steam cleaner technology that eliminates gum from numerous school surfaces.
Woburn, MA, USA, March 4, 2010 (PRESSbooth.ORG) -- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a recognized provider of cleaning systems for schools, has shipped the KleenJet® Mega 1000CVG line that bundles technology typically available only in higher priced gum removal machines: vacuums, HEPA and water filtration.

Gum Removal, Allergen Removal
The machines are designed around Daimer®'s 1000CV steam cleaners. The systems add proprietary gum removal componentry consisting of a steam-based squeegee, a steel brush unit and a gum solvent chemical concentrate. This compact system will remove as much as 500 pieces of gum wads per hour.
For allergen protection in schools, the new gum removing equipment is manufactured with a wet and dry vacuum offering 2200mm water column lift as well HEPA and water filter engineering that removes allergen materials, such as animal hair and dust mites.
KleenJet® Mega 1000CVG gum removal equipment includes seven liters of water capacity, and can hold five liters of extracted material and three liters of detergent. The machine is designed to clean for long periods without dumping or refilling. The gum removal cleaning equipment can hit pressure levels of 89 psi and temperatures to 320º Fahrenheit.
The gum eliminators also include over thirty-five add-ons for upholstery and hard flooring.
