life:) will use Tinterconnect to manage their settlements with other operators and content providers. The Tinterconnect system allows life:) to automate the settlement process, provide greater financial visibility to management and speed up the delivery of new interconnect services to the market.

The closed joint-stock venture "Belarusian telecommunication network" was registered on 5.11.2004. Upon signing the contract on 29.06.2008 it joined the international group of Turkcell.
