A writing competition launched by My DeltaQuest aims to find the best author and commenter, as chosen by their online community.

The competition is aimed at writers, regardless of their background or their skill. The competition presents potential writers and professionals alike to present their work to the audience of My DeltaQuest.
The competition itself is quite simple, write an article related to investment business or investing, post it on the site, and let other users of the site rate the article. But in an additional twist to the classic competition style, My DeltaQuest is also offering a cash prize to the person whose comment is the highest rated on the site.
All you need to do to enter the competition is go to http://www.mydeltaquest.com/the-deltaquest-challenge/ and decide if you wish to enter the authors competition, or if you are just looking to rate authors articles, and write comments that would enter you into the competition for the highest rated comment.
The competition is open to anyone, and in addition to being entered into the competition, My DeltaQuest also offers authors a footer on each of their articles to promote their writing and websites, as well as a full author profile page that can be viewed by all visitors of the site.
The prizes for the My DeltaQuest Writers Competition are as follows:
US$ 1,000 for the top rated author – this will be awarded to the author with the higher average rating for all of their articles.
US$ 750 for the highest rated article – this will be awarded to the author with the highest rated article
US$ 250 for the highest rated comment – this will be awarded to the commenter whose article receives the highest rating on the site.
The competition is open now, and will close on the 31st of October 2010.
