She began by inviting Karen Koenig to be her Director of Operations. Ms. Koenig, who is based just outside of Tucson, will manage routine business operations as well as promote Nordstrom and her programs throughout Arizona and the surrounding states. The virtual business world is growing at a rapid pace, especially in today's market of skyrocketing Nancy Nordstrom gas prices and high employee overhead.
