Toronto, ON, Canada, January 21, 2011 (PRESSbooth.ORG) -- GAO Instruments (www.GAOInstruments.com) has released its high-performance handheld signal level analyzer operating over a frequency range of 5 to 870MHz. It is specifically designed and manufactured for CATV engineers and technicians to facilitate installation and testing of CATV systems. It measures CATV TILT, C/N and trunk cable voltage and has auto-off time setup, channel plan selection, channel amending, channel sorting and channel editing functions.
This portable signal level analyzer, model A0500014, is small in size and light in weight and has a large LCD screen for clear display of test results. It tests CATV signal levels in both channel (SCAN) and frequency (SPECTRUM) modes.
