1200 Hillsboro Mile Appoints Sales Manager

Hillsboro Beach, FL, USA, June 16, 2009 (PRESSbooth.ORG) -- 1200 Hillsboro Mile, LLC, an affiliate of West Seneca, N.Y.-based Marrano/Marc Equity Corporation, announces that Karen Anderson has joined the new 1200 Hillsboro Mile luxury condominium development on Hillsboro Beach as sales manager.

She was affiliated with Keyes earlier in her career, then became aligned as a real estate consultant with another local realty company on an award-winning sales team that specialized in the listing and selling of high-end waterfront properties.

Anderson is a member of the British-American Business Council as well as an Israel Chamber of the Americas board member. She is working on becoming a Certified International Property Specialist and is listed in the “Who’s Who of International Real Estate.” Her thirst for learning is further demonstrated by her designations as a Licensed Mortgage Broker and a Certified Distressed Property Expert.

A native of New Jersey, Anderson graduated from Old Dominion University in Virginia and Middlesex County College in New Jersey. Her interests range from music and history to reading and travel. “And just about everything in between,” she quipped.
