Santa is having difficulty getting all his presents ready for delivery this year. Reason is that he is having to write far more SantaGrams than other years.

This year Santa and his brave helpers are faced with three times more requests from parents and grandparents to write a personalized letter to their (grand)children than last year.
He is expecting to write more than 200,000 SantaGram letters from Santa this year. However he gives a full guarantee that all requests will be dealt with in time; he has hired extra elves to give him a hand!
