BravoSolution Continues Financial Growth

Management - HR- V Capital - Finance

Supply management expert BravoSolution continues financial growth and international expansion. Turnover (+33%) to 26.9 million Pounds; EBITDA (+73%) to 4.5 million Pounds; EBIT (+172%) to 3.5 million Euros.

London, UK, June 3, 2008 (PRESSbooth.ORG) -- BravoSolution, the international leader in Supply Management software and services, has continued its growth in fiscal 2007 with a strong surge in revenues and considerable expansion of its international presence – sites in the US, Mexico and China have been added to its existing offices in Italy, Spain, France and the UK.

Turnover for the period ending 31st December 2007 was posted at £26.9 million, a 33% increase over 2006 figures of £20.2 million. As a result, BravoSolution has achieved consecutive average annual growth of 35 per cent since commencing business in 2001 - it is also the only profitable top 3 company within the 2008 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sourcing Application Suites.

Thanks to the market's continuous strong expansion (+15% per annum and estimated at nearly £800 million in 2008), as well as the recent acquisitions of Verticalnet and Mobile Workers, BravoSolution forecasts a further rise in revenues, now expected to reach more than £40 million in 2008. Verticalnet is a leading US company in supply management solutions with 80 staff and a 2007 income of more than £6 million, whilst Mobile Workers is a French specialist in spend analysis.

"2007 has been an excellent year for us. We have grown not only our turnover, but also our international presence, size and clients." – says Federico Vitaletti, BravoSolution CEO. "Our technology offering is also becoming increasingly diverse with a rise of over 90% in the number of solutions designed for leading businesses in every field, public and private. Such achievements are the fruit of the expansion policy adopted in recent years that has enabled BravoSolution's rapid rise, not only in Europe, but also as one of the three leading companies world-wide in our industry."

BravoSolution figures:
* 11 offices in 7 countries (Italy, France, Mexico, Spain, U.K, China and U.S) across 3 continents
* 350 employees, continuously growing; 23 nationalities
