New Gum-Exterminator(r) equipment for non-U.S. markets handles commercial steam cleaner chores and eliminates gum from hard surfaces.
Woburn, MA, USA, April 20, 2010 (PRESSbooth.ORG) -- Daimer Industries®, an industrial supplier of steam cleaners and sanitization systems, has introduced six chewing gum removal steam cleaners for international markets requiring 50 Hz power. The professional-grade machines have been tested to remove 1000s of pieces of gum per day.
"Our new 50 Hz steam cleaner units offer non-U.S. customers gum removing technology at a range of performance and price points," noted Matthew Baratta, a U.S.-based Daimer.com spokesman. "These units are based on our best-selling steam cleaners and handle standard and non-standard steam applications."
Gum Removing Steam Cleaners
Daimer® announced six 50 Hz gum removal systems spread across three product lines. The 1600-watt entry-level Mega line, 1050CVG and 1050CVGP, offers high performance features such as a commercial-grade vacuum for wet and dry surfaces, plus pressure levels nearing 6.1 bar and temperatures reaching 160°C.
The 3000-watt mid-range Supreme line, 3050CVG and 3050CVGP, adds the additional power of 6.6 bar and temperature levels that can reach 165°C. The top-of-the-line 3000-watt Ultra machines, the 5050CVG and 5050CVGP, deliver pressure levels and temperatures that can hit 8.3 bar, 165°C, respectively.
Every system includes continuous refill technology and a 2200 mm water column lift wet/dry vacuum system. The Gum-Exterminator® unit consists of gum-extracting steam squeegee, an enhanced, biodegradable concentrated gum removal formula, and anti-rust metallic brushes. Each unit includes 7.6 liters of concentrate that dilutes to 83 liters of finished formula.
The CVGP models also include an ionic, anti-microbial technology that kills germs. The 1050CVGP and 5050CVGP add a three-micron HEPA allergen filtration unit.
