GAO RFID inc. has recently added another high-performance Gen 2 Desktop reader/writer to its collection. The new stand-alone UHF Gen 2 RFID Reader/Writer, GAO Model 236007, is compatible with both EPC Class1 GEN 1 and GEN 2 protocols and operates in the 860-960MHz band, supporting both North American and EU standards.

It includes a built-in Ethernet RJ45 interface and Web server capability that allows the user to modify a variety of configuration options via a Web browser interface.
