Web Hosting - Data Center - Data Backupprorcom writes
Files lost on flash drives, hard disks, CDs and DVDs, diskettes and now also virtual drives can be recovered with new data recovery software suite.

June 29, 2010 (PRESSbooth.ORG) -- OfficeRecovery has released MediaHeal Suite 2010, a comprehensive data recovery software package to retrieve files from corrupted media.

In the event of logical corruption of a storage device, user files can be lost. A common example of the situation is pictures lost on a SD card because digital camera ran out of power while writing to the card.

Before giving up on a flash drive, hard disk, CD/DVD or diskette that once contained important files, it's worth giving MediaHeal a try. Free demo version of the suite is available for download.

After analyzing the corrupted media, MediaHeal utility will extract files into a new safe location chosen by the user.

A new member of the MediaHeal Suite 2010 is MediaHeal for Virtual Drives, a utility to repair corrupted VHD and VMDK virtual drive images. The utility supports disks from virtualization systems by VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, Sun xVM. Binary disks and partition dumps are also supported.

Tested to earn the 'Compatible with Windows 7' certification from Microsoft, the suite is ready to be deployed into a modern IT infrastructure.

Free demo and detailed information about each MediaHeal Suite 2010 component are available at:
