Miniature 1553 Interface advances embedded and portable avionics platforms
Rio Rancho, NM, USA, May 13, 2011 (PRESSbooth.ORG) -- Alta Data Technologies (Alta) announces the release of a full size F2 mini PCI Express interface Card: MPCIE-1553. The MPCIE-1553 product provides one dual redundant 1553A/1553B channel interface and is available in Dual (BM/BM or mRT/BM) or Full Function (BC/mRT/BM) models and includes AltaCore™ Common Data Packet engine, signal capture and signal generator – all advanced industry features available only on Alta products. The product also includes the modular software development kit, AltaAPI™, which provides maximum portability between major operating systems and Alta products, often without recompiling the application!
