Ltd., promoted by former Matrix Labs chief Nimmagadda Prasad, who is known as the fastest wealth creator in the country, after he turned around a Pharma company with eight acquisitions in 5 years and sold controlling equity to MyLan creating significant value for the share holders.

In semindia, he was able to create fastest grown Indian product company competing with Chinese and Korean companies. He was also contributed to Fabcity and was on the Board of Fabcity, promoted by the Govt of Andhra Pradesh and SemIndia. He was earlier the Director of Software Technology Parks of India, Bangalore & Hyderabad and contributed significantly to the growth of the IT industry in India.
He will be the Vice Chairman of Matrix Enport which is promoting Vanpic Project (Vanpic - Vadarevu And Nizampatnam Port & Industrial Corridor). This is the project for development of a world class, port - based integrated industrial corridor & trade zone. Matrix Enport along with the Government of Ras Al Khaimah and Government of Andhra Pradesh are the promoters of Vanpic project. This Group will be focusing on the core infrastructure projects like Port, Power, Ship Yards, Industrial corridor, etc, and will also focus on new emerging opportunities in the Technology Sector.
Mr. Naidu has many first to his credit, responsible for first email network in the country, first Internet gateway in the country and has set-up first International communication Gateway breaking the monopoly of the then VSNL . He has been know as the catalyst for Indian IT industry.
Mr. Naidu has been proactive among the Industry and in various forums. He was member of the Karnataka Chief Minister’s Task Force on Information Technology, Founder Director of Indian Institute of Information Technology-Bangalore, Founder and Advisory Board Member of Karnataka IT Fund and a very active Charter Member of TiE-Bangalore.
He has also incubated many software companies and has been extending all the necessary support for the development of the companies along with strategic advice in a mentoring capacity. Mr. Naidu was awarded M.E. from Madras Institute of Technology and has B.E. from Andhra University.
